Not Your Mother's Kinky Moves Hair cream. Love the name and LOVE the product!!

Hello Darlings,

It's that time of the year up north where our hair get's crazy.  Thanks to Influenster I was able to try a new hair product I have never heard of, the Not Your Mother's brand.  The names of the product are awesome and funny, better yet, they work!  I got to try Kinky Moves Hair Cream which is made for curly and wavy hair.  Since I cut mine shorter awhile back, it looks silly wavy but this product gives my bob such a nice finish I am happy!!  I am in love with the fact that is has Grapeseed and Jasmine oil to help smooth and hydrate the hair without being heavy.  As a Diva with fine hair, I hate the greasy flat look that some hair creams give you.  This one feels lightweight and silky, it smells a little like smarties candy but that fades pretty quickly.  It reminds me of a high end salon product and might be replacing my latest finisher.  I look forward to trying the Smooth Moves for straight hair since I have had good luck with the one made for waves.  On dry hair I have been adding less than a pea size to my palms, warming it up and running it through my finished look to give it polish.  I can't find these products where I live, so I'll be ordering this one online.  I definitely recommend this with hat hair season a few weeks away.  Plus I'm sure your friends will get a kick out of it when seeing it on your vanity!!  I do apologize for the slightly fuzzy picture, I am learning how to use the camera on my new phone and it's taking a bit.  I hope you are all having a lovely Monday and look forward to sharing more goodies with you soon!!  As always, stay fabulous!!

Bath and Body Works fabulous Fall candle scent!

Hello Darlings,

One of my favorite parts of Fall and the holiday season is the warm scent of candles in the air.  This year as a part of my Influenster's beauty blogger VoxBox I got to try one of the BB&W travel candles in Mahogany Teak Wood.  Needless to say this is going to be repurchased!!  The smell is long lasting and warm and woodsy  the way late fall should smell.  I enjoy the fact that it is not over powering and burns clean.  For those of you who can't burn candles where you live, I recommend getting a plug in candle warmer.  I love the travel size of this one since I do like to travel and hate the smell of hotel rooms.  This candle has had a few trips, including Milwaukee and Chicago.  Who doesn't want to unwind in your hotel after a day of running around and have it smell amazing.  These are also great to burn while soaking in the tub for a night time bath.  It gives a soothing light and smell that cheaper candles can't match.  With the holidays coming up, these make great stocking suffers and the price is to die for.  These are going to be the new candle standard in our house!  Here's a picture of the candle and a link to get your own.  Back to bed rest for this diva, I hope you are all taking care so you can have a happy and healthy holidays!

Kiss everEZlashes!

Hello Darlings,

I am excited to tell you about a new and easy way to try fake eyelashes.  After spending a decade as a makeup artist, I can tell you that one of the questions I got asked most about was on how to apply fake eyelashes.  Thanks to Influenster I was able to try these out for free.  For 1st timers they make it easy as can be due to the fact that there is a string that helps you line it up perfectly to your lash line.  I LOVE THIS IDEA!!  All you have to do is apply lash glue, line it up and then pull the string through to get a great set of falsies.  Before applying false eyelashes I always recommend curling your lashes and applying a coat of mascara.  Once the lash glue has dried and set add a second coat of mascara and some eyeliner to complete the look.  For those who have small eyes like me, you can cut the lashes into 2 sets and use them on the mid and outer corner of your eyes.  This gives a sexy cat eye effect and gives you a spare pair of lashes for later!  I have added a picture of how this is done and the items I use to make doing half lashes easy.  The metal tool is a false eyelash tool, it makes applying these a snap.  These are by far the easiest way to learn how to use false eyelashes that I have seen.  You can find them at your local big box and drugstore by the other lashes.  Just make sure to remove them before you go to bed!!  Nothing is worse than losing a chunk of eyelashes due to abuse.  With all your holiday parties coming up these are sure to come in handy!!  Get your beauty rest so your wide eyed look will look its freshest.  Until we chat again, stay warm and fabulous!!

Heading to the windy city for a few days...

Hello Darlings,

I hope you are all having a wonderful weekend!  Why am I blogging at almost 9pm on a Saturday night?  It's because I am going to Chicago for a few days for a recharge.  Tomorrow I get to have dinner with an old Navy friend and coworker on the Magnificent Mile, then catch the red line to go see New Order in one of only 7 cities in the U.S!!  Monday catches the Diva getting her culture and fashion on with trips to the Art Institute of Chicago ( research for my book and inspiration as a painter) a stroll down Michigan ave with a stop at all the greats ( window shopping only!) and then off to IKEA before heading back to reality.  I am so excited words can not capture it!!  When I get back I will tell you how to pack small for a big city trip and all about my adventures in Chicago.  I hope the rest of your weekend will be as fun as mine.  Stay Fabulous!!

Rescue me!!

Hello Darlings,

I told you earlier I was going to be an individual review on all the products from the Influenster  2012 Bride to Be VoxBox.  I decided to do this one first since it comes from a line of products I have been using for almost 20 years.  I was uber excited that I was going to be able to test this out for free.  If you have never heard of Bach Flower Remedies I will give you a little background information on them. At the age of 43(1930) Dr Edward Bach decided to give up standard medicine to become a naturopath, he knew he could find a way to treat patients with natural remedies using flower essences.  They have had Flower Remedies since 1932.  He has written many papers on Flower Remedies that are very interesting to read.  I have used the Original Rescue Remedy to help me deal with stress for a long time.  I took it everywhere from a Naval aircraft carrier to SXSW in Austin TX.  The gum has 4 drops of the original essence in it, which is your average dose.  It does taste better than the liquid Rescue Remedy and it is nice not pulling out a little jar and dropping liquid under your tongue!  I did get asked one time with the dropper if I was taking drugs!!  I have been super stressed out lately and this gum was help more than I expected it to.  I will be keeping this in my purse from now on and keep the drops at home.  I am excited to try the pastilles with the coupon they gave me!  All Diva's need relief and why not do it the natural way, a way that has been used for decades instead of filling our bodies with synthetic chemicals. I'm going to leave the link with you so you can learn the whole story and more about natural remedies  With the holidays quickly approaching, I know I  will be stocking up on the gum, drops and possibly the pastilles.  I hope you are having a fabulous Fall and we will be chatting very soon!!

Influenster's 2012 Bridal VoxBox!!

Hello Darlings,

As some of you know I plan on trying the not in the next year, so I was really excited when Influenster let me in their 2012 Bridal VoxBox.  As always, the products were free and no one is paying me or holding a gun to my head to tell you about the cool stuff I got.  For those of us who have single friends looking to be in a happy and healthy relationship, they gave us a promo code for Ivy Date.  My favorite out of all the products were the new Schwarzkopf Professional - BC Hairtherapy Repair Rescue products.  My hair is trashed from all the color changes this summer, so I really needed this.  The shampoo and conditioner rock and the leave in treatment is amazing!  They also included a Rescue Remedy gum.  I have used Bach's Rescue Remedy drops for almost 20 years now to help with stress and to calm my nerves.  I even brought it out to sea with me when I was in the NAVY.  This is another product that I will be buying when I am finished.  To keep our eyes looking their finest they included the newest false lashes from Kiss.  Who doesn't want to look doe eyed on their big day??  Last but not least I am getting to try Dream Water, an all natural sleep aid.  I look forward to going into greater detail of the products, each will have a whole post about it with pictures and helpful how to's!!  As always I will be honest with you and have fun doing it.  Until we chat again, stay warm and fabulous!!

A little about me.

Hello Darlings,

I hope that Fall is treating you as good as it is me!  I realized the other day that I really haven't given you a chance to know me, so I figured I would tell you about myself so you know who all the advice is coming from.  Let's start from the beginning I guess!  I grew up on the lakeshore of Wisconsin, I think it was a great place to grow up.  I lost my mother to cancer when I was 10 years old.  She was a very glamorous woman who even when going through chemo made sure she looked fabulous.  She taught me at a young age how to have great style, be a great hostess  do makeup, know what a good perfume is, how to love classic film and most of all, how to be a kind and giving person.  I knew since I was six years old I wanted to be a makeup artist and a princess when I grew up, I had gotten a Barbie makeup kit for Christmas one year and the dream began.  I grew up to be a makeup artist, still working on the princess part. I was 19 I joined the NAVY, those where some of the best years of my life.  After I got out of the military I started working as a makeup artist all over the country including fun places like Virginia Beach, Washington DC, Honolulu, Seattle and Austin Texas.  It was in Seattle that I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis.  I have had MS for over 7 years now,  some days are good and some not so much.  I no longer can do makeup do the hand tremors.  I did have to relearn some skills in Seattle due to losing vision in my right eye.  Almost 4 years ago I moved back to Wisconsin, close to an area where my family on both sides have lived for generations.  Now I paint, make jewelry, work on the 2 different books I am writing, donate time at one of the local museums, product test and of course, Blog.  I apologize in the past for disappearing  I was having some health issues.  From now on I plan on dedicating more time to you and this blog.  Expect to see some awesome Halloween goodies, reviews of some of the newest products on the market, tips on how to handle some issues that can happen with MS, some parts of one of my books and much, much more!!  I look forward to having a great time with you and thank you for reading my blog.  If you enjoy it please follow it and share it with your friends!  Have a lovely fall day and get ready to get your reading on.

Keeping it smooth with a natural wax thanks to Parissa!

Hello Darlings,

Let's be blunt, we all get fuzzy where we don't want to be.  We have been through all the shaving, bleaching, hair cream removal and waxing in the world to find our perfect match.  This was not my match, but became a new holy grail for my divalicious friend Angie who got to test drive this for me after I found out I was allergic.  This was given to me for free from Influenster as part of their Natural VoxBox program.  Like all waxing kits make sure you do a test spot 24 hours in advance, no one wants to show up on a hot date with a rash!  Angie was stoked to try the Parissa wax since it was a natural product verses some of the chemical ones she had been using.  I'm going to use her exact quotes on the wax. She found it fast, easy, clean with no odors to deal with.  She also added that there was little pain or redness and that the azule oil cleaned the excess fast and felt soothing.  She is switching over to it and giving up all other hair removers!!  I'm glad that this worked out so well for her, she's pretty picky so it's got to be good.  As with all hair removal product follow ALL the instructions or you can end up damaging your skin.  I enjoy the fact that the Parissa website has a section dedicated to proper use.  They are very helpful to first time and veteran waxers.  Just because it's getting cold doesn't mean we have to start growing hair everywhere.  So stay on top of your grooming, it will keep you from getting the dreaded ingrown hairs.  I'm leaving you the link to the website and their how to section.  I look forward to hearing from you if you have any opinions on the Parissa line.  Until then, stay fabulous!!

Beating MS fatigue with a boost from EBOOST!

Hello Darlings,

How do I stay so active with MS?  I get that question a LOT!  Eating healthy, getting enough exercise, relaxing, these all have to do with healthy living for everyone!  Influenster sent me a VoxBox full of free natural products to try and in it was a packet of EBOOST.  At first I was a bit sceptical about another vitamin/energy drink mix.  Most of them don't really work and taste bad.  So I decided to give this one a try before my daily workout.  It tasted great and helped me get my butt moving that day without any coffee!! I didn't get the jitters or crash you can get with some of the other energy drinks out there. I have tried the natural orange flavor and really enjoyed it.   The drink itself has an impressive list of vitamins and minerals we need plus an added boost with green tea. It has a TON of vitamin D in it as well and that is important to people with MS and women in general. I have recomended it to other people with MS who want a natural boost of energy vs synthetic medications or chemical filled drinks.  I look forward to trying the other flavors they have since I have had such luck with the orange.  Again this is a great product you can find at Whole Foods and online.  Their website has some great information on the product as well as other items that sound pretty cool.  We only have one body, we should take the best care of it that we can.  Because being healthy is the most beautiful glamorous thing we can do!!

Keeping lippy with LypSyl

                                    LypMoisturizerâ„¢ Original Formula

Hello Darlings,

It's getting cold and windy out there, what are you doing to protect those pretty lips of yours?  In my Influenster Natural VoxBox was a little gem called LypSyl LypMoisturizer.  This freebie came to me in the nick of time, the weather up north is getting dry and my poor puckers were showing it.  I LOVE natural products, you all know that!  This product has a cute name and packaging (a little bee is the push up for the balm!) but it packs a strong combination of organic shea butter, coconut oil, vitamins A & E and pure Swedish beeswax.  I feel like it hydrates my lips and seals the moisture in.  I really like the fact that it doesn't feel greasy or make my lips look waxy.  There are no gimmicky things like retinol, crushed pearls, magic rainbows in here.  It's just a great natural lip moisturizer with some nice organic ingredients.  It's hard to find where I live, which is going to make me think about buying a new one when I run out.  For the time being I am going to keep using it and loving it, and maybe I will order it online when I run out.  If you can find it, definitely get yourself a tube and if you are desperately looking for a good natural lip treatment you can order it online.  Here is a picture of my happy lips and a link to the site to get your own LypSyl.  Remember to keep those lips protected at night as well, now that the heat is on our skin gets drier!

Every Diva's kitchen necessity, The Original Dish Drying Mat.

Hello Darlings,

Who doesn't love little things that make our lives in the kitchen easier?  I recently got the Influenster Natural VoxBox and my favorite item by far in it was The Original Dish Drying Mat! I've been curious about the product when I heard about it from a past VoxBox, so I was really excited to try it for free!!  This has become a lifesaver in my life.  I collect vintage milk glass and crystal, I also own quite a few hand wash only items. I also have a treatment I use on the semi precious stone jewelry I make that leaves them needing a place to evenly dry. I hated putting them on kitchen towels since they are fuzzy and uneven but I didn't like using paper toweling since it was a waste and made a mess.  The Original Dish Drying Mat is made with layers of microfiber and  foam.  It can hold up to four times it's water, so you don't have to worry about a wet mess on your countertop.  It is also cushioned so I don't have to worry about favorite wine glass crashing to the ground. Since I have nonstick cookware this comes in handy on a near daily basis since you really should hand wash your nonstick. This is great to but under your dishracks to soak up all that water, it's really a great multitasking tool.  The best part, it's less than $5 at Bed Bath and Beyond!!  That is less cash than your daily Starbucks.  I am thinking of keeping a few around to throw in housewarming gifts and the random gift pack for parties.  I really do think this is something that everyone should have around.  Here are a few pictures of how I use mine as well as the link to get your own. Until we chat again, stay fabulous!!

A Diva's opinion on Clean Well Natural Hand Sanitizer wipes. Thyme oil vs Alcohol and the winner is..

Hello Darlings,

As we all know cold and flu season are here!!  I personally just spent a week on bed rest with a pretty rough chest cold.  One of the ways we can all help prevent the spread of these nasty germs is making sure we keep our hands clean.  I was lucky enough to be a part of Influenster's Natural VoxBox where I was able to to try Clean Well Natural Hand Sanitizer for free. This a unique sanitizer since they use Thyme oil instead of your standard alcohol.  Here are some of the medicinal properties of Thyme oil: Antiviral, Antibiotic and Antiseptic   There is a  lot more to list, but these are what it is mainly used most for. In many countries essential oils have been used for centuries to cure various ailments   A lot of people, myself included still use essential oil therapy as a healthier alternative to synthetic chemicals.
I really like these, there is no weird alcohol smell, no  funky chemicals and my favorite part, it doesn't have that horrible stinging feeling that most of them do. As a painter, jewelry maker and pet owner, I often have scratches and cuts on my hand and hate the burning feeling and dryness that come with the sanitizers full of alcohol.  They had a nice fresh scent to them and I didn't need to moisturize after, which is always a bonus in my opinion!   They are pretty easy to get ahold of which is nice and can be found at Whole Foods as well as online sites like Amazon and Diapers.com.  These are easy to travel with, even in the teeniest of evening bags, so you can stay germ free anywhere you go.  I'd like to thank Influenster again for letting me try these for free, they are now a part of my flu season fight kit.  To all of you, make sure you keep yourself healthy this flu season by keeping hydrated, well rested, take your vitamins, washing your hands and using Clean Well Natural Hand Sanitizing wipes when you need to. Until we chat again, stay fabulous and HEALTHY!!   I'm leaving you the link so you can learn more about this awesome natural cleansing line.

My Fall Fashion must haves!!

Hello Darlings,

While on bed rest with this chest cold I have had time to reread my September issue of Vogue, page through the October issue and fawn over the sumptuous Fall fashions!!  As many of you know, Fall or Autumn depending on where you are from, is my favorite season of the year.  The colors of the outdoors change into magical hues, you can bring out all your coats, wool skirts with tights and boots and of course all the amazing accessories.  Thanks to upcoming films like Anna Karenina and The Great Gatsby, clothes are going back to old school glamour which is just fine with me!!   Look for faux fur trimming, rich fabrics and elegant costume jewelry thanks to Anna Karenina and 20's glam peeping through modern designs in homage to The Great Gatsby.  Personally I am happy that pretty is back, I would have loved to live in a plastic flip flop free world.  Banana Republic is going to carry a line inspired by Anna Karenina, the pictures I have seen so far a stunning!!  I have also noticed that snakes seem to be the "in" creature for jewelry right now, especially with all the snake cuffs, clutches, earrings and more coming out in the new limited edition collection by H&M.  Makeup for Fall is your standard red lips or smokey eye look but adding a stained berry lip with flush cheeks really will make you stand out from the other ladies this season.  Here are my must have chic classics for this Fall.  A snake jewelry statement piece, you don't need a whole lot of anything when you have this.  You get to look exotic and sexy and have every woman there coveting your bling.  A great pair of black knee leather boots.  I do mean leather since it breathes better and will last longer.  These look great with everything from jeans, skirts and dresses.  Invest in a classic pair and you will have them for a long time.  New or Vintage London Fog trench coat.  You can find vintage ones for a song where I live and they are so useful.  They look uber chic with wide leg trousers and a turtleneck  with a cute skirt and knee high boots or just a sweater and your favorite jeans.  They will help keep the wind and light rain off of you and you get to look like Audrey Hepburn in Breakfast at Tiffany's. Big purses are back (I never knew they left) and they come in a variety of colors, textures and prices.  Snake jewelry,  I have a Betsey Johnson cuff I got from little Black Bag which always gets me stopped when I am out.  That site is where I am finding most of this season's accessories.  I will leave a link to the website at the end of this, don't worry!!  My last and most important item is a good facial moisturizer, good hand cream and definitely a good lip conditioner.  Dry lips will never be in fashion and if you live where it gets really cold like I do, lip conditioner is a necessity.

Here are some picture of the fall snake jewelry pieces by Betsey Johnson

Here is the link to the lBB website where these can be bought along with handbags, jewelry and more!

This website is addictive, just a heads up.
I hope this has given you a Diva's look into being Fall Fabulous!!  I hope you all enjoy your weekend, go out and enjoy the colors.  You might get some fashion inspiration from the changing trees.  Please keep checking back, the blog is about to get busy!!  If you like what you see please follow my blog and if you have any questions please feel free to ask at any time.  Have fun and be Fabulous!!

Influenster's 2012 Natural VoxBox

Hello Darlings,

Right now your favorite Diva has a chest cold and am pulling a Camille (Garbo style) and taking to bed and not moving unless it is to go to my chaise lounge in the living room to watch a movie or read a book.  I have decided to  also use this time to tell you all about the cool products I have been able to try for free from Influenster!  The box came with some amazing and some not so amazing products.  The items in the box were Parissa natural wax ( I'm allergic to it so I have one of my baby diva's try it out), Clean Well Hand Sanitizer Wipes, The Original Drying Mat, LypSyl LypMoisturizer, EBoost natural energy boost, GeoDeo and Nectresse.  I'm going to give you a brief synopsis of them since I will be doing a blog on each product individually throughout the next few days.

Parissa Natural Hair Removal System:  I did the test patch as we all should do when trying out a new product.  Sadly I was allergic to it so I have given it to one of my girls to try for me.  I will update the blog with her opinion of it after she tries it.

Clean Well Hand Sanitizer Wipes:  I love that these are alcohol free and not full of chemicals. Left my hands soft and did not irritate the cut on my hand.

The Original Dish Drying Mat: One of my favorite items in the box.  I have found multiple uses for this.

LypSyl LypMoisturizer: Feels great on my lips and has the best packaging!

EBOOST:  A Natural Energy Booster, tastes good with a nice energy boost.

GeoDeo:  I did not have the best of luck with mine, will tell you all about it in it's own spot.

Nectresse:  A natural no calorie sweetener made with real sugar and a very bizarre fruit.

I hope you all are having a great weekend filled with fun and fabulousness!  I look forward to sharing more in depth product info with you about ALL the products listed above.  If you are not an influenster please feel free to ask me how to sign up via email.  I will be updating all weekend long with the new product reviews, so please keep checking back daily!  I'm off to Breakfast at Tiffany's, an EBOOST and a warm bubble bath.  Enjoy your weekend you glamours things!!

Why it pays to be an Influenster!

Hello Darlings,

I hope you have been enjoying the new Fall weather as much as I have been!  As you all know, I do quite a bit of product testing.  Some fun, some not as much.  Today I wanted to tell you a little bit about my experience with one of the best word of mouth/product test companies that I work with.  Influenster is an uber cool site that does things a bit different than your standard WOM (word of mouth) company. They recently gave their website an amazing facelift along with their Facebook and Twitter pages.  Make sure you check them out they are launching as we speak.  I love how they work with a lot of companies, so instead of trying one item you get a box, a VoxBox as they call it, full of smaller sized and some full sized items.  Even better is that they do brand challenges.  So you get the chance to compete for some pretty cool prizes from the companies themselves.  This is a totally optional thing to do, I just like free things and am incredibly competitive so I love it!!  Right now I am a part of the Natural VoxBox and will soon be going the Bridal VoxBox crew.  For those of you who haven't joined and like to do WOM testing, I really think you should sign up!!  There are two companies that I get the most joy out of doing testing for and Influenster is one of them.  As many of you have read in my blog, I have gotten some pretty sweet stuff from them.  Right now I am in LOVE with the Original Drying Mat I got with the Natural VoxBox, it's amazing for drying dishes or treated jewelry which needs to dry.  I'll be doing reviews of all the products from that box very soon.  I'm adding a link so you can be an Influenster as well.  http://www.influenster.com/  Make sure you do all the badges and surveys so they can get your demographics set up so you can get a VoxBox of your own!!  Until we meet again, stay Fall fabulous.

A new chic way to keep your house fragrant and fabulous!

Hello Darlings,

As many of you know I am a perfectionist when it comes to my home decor.  It's a combination of vintage glam, artist chic and bohemian eccentricities.  So when looking for a something to keep my house smelling nice ( we do have 3 cats and my sense of smell is strong due to some quirk with my MS ) I have many things that I have to consider.  BzzAgent hooked it up again and my good friend Angie and I took it to a new glamorous level.  I like my scents to be inviting, when you come into our house I want it to feel like a second home to you.  Glade has come out with a really great new line of household scents and styles to make your house a chic, well scented place to be.  I only tried 3 out of the 4 scents. Due to my allergies to some tropical fruit I did not want to try the pineapple scent, but friends of mine seem to like it.  Right now my favorite is a tie between the Italian cotton & Mandarin and the Fuji Apple & cardamom.  One is crisp, clean and fresh the other is warm, rich and welcoming.  The spray and oil holder both come in the Fuji Apple scent but sadly not in the Cotton scent in.  That is my main problem with the line, I like having a spray that matches my diffuser to freshen up the room from time to time.   I have decided to switch the whole house to the Fuji Apple scent for Fall, so crisis averted for now.  I like that the oil diffuser is not of the reed variety, which I don't like to use since my cats have tried to eat them.  I think the price is nice, the scents beautiful and it is not ugly, so I think it fits the bill nicely. The spray is great, I find that the scent last a long time and covers up odors nicely.  While searching for these I went to a few different stores and the only store that had the whole line was Target.  It was fun at Target since we gave some of our coupons to a sweet lady who was picking some up and now she's a future BzzAgent!   Now comes the fun part!!  My friend Angie realized that the simple white spray bottle is a blank canvas for you to make your own.  We realized that scrap book stickers work great for this, they are see through and sturdy.  Angie went with adorable floral and I decided on an artistic swirl.  For a dollar I was able to decorate two bottles!!  We plan on hitting up some craft stores to find some different stickers to decorate our bottle with.  I will post pictures of the project when we are done.  For now the new Glade scents will be keeping our house chic and beautifully scented.  I have added some pictures to show how the oil diffuser blends nicely into your decor and how the spray bottle can be customized.  Once again I would like to thank BzzAgent for giving me the product to test and my friend Angie for the great decorating idea!!  Check them out, they are Diva tested and approved!!  Until then, enjoy the upcoming changing of the seasons and stay fabulous!!

Back from vacation and life keeps getting better!

Hello Darlings!

I hope that the end of summer is treating you as good as it is me!  I have missed all of you so much and I have a LOT in store for you as we reach Autumn.  First off, I survived the camping experience.  I do recommend packing a pair of thermals, the temperature got in the low 50's the night we camped out.  I haven't been that cold in a VERY long time!!  While I was in Wisconsin Dells I was able to mine my own raw gemstones and got some really beautiful pieces I look forward to sharing with you soon.  As a sneak peak, I found a Garnet that is nearly as big as the palm of my hand!!  I'm involved with quite a few product testing campaigns courtesy of BzzAgent, Influenster and Smiley360, so I look forward to sharing that with you as well.  We will also get caught up with our series on how to host the perfect party, the newest one includes a trip to Target!  Soon my jewelry and some small artwork will be up for sale at one of the newest coffee shops for you to check out, I'm super excited about that.  Worried about dry dull skin as we head into the drier months that is all natural and you probably have it in your kitchen.  For now, I am going to get started on all of this.  I hope to share the fun of Fall with you!  Until then stay as fabulous as ever.

A Diva's guide to packing.

Hello Darlings,

I will be off the radar this weekend.  For the record I have not camped outside since I was a small child, but when a childhood friend gets married at an outdoor/camping setting you get to try something new.  Now usually my idea of camping is a 2 star hotel, but this weekend I will be doing the real deal.  How can a glam girl make camping a bit easier?  I'm going to give you a few helpful hints.  First things you will need are the basics.  An air mattress and pump (who wants to spend 30 minutes blowing that up), a good pillow and comfy blanket, picnic basket, an eye mask (it does get bright outside in the am), bug spray and an emergency light and then come the luxuries.  A wise woman once said take care of the luxuries and the necessities will fall into place.  This is not that occasion.  There are certain things a diva needs to function at her best so here are some extras that will make your camping experience much more comfortable.  Bring travel sizes of your skincare and some makeup removing towelettes,  more than likely you will show up with at least sunscreen on and at night that still has to come off at night. Just because your camping doesn't mean you have to give up being a glamourpuss, feel free to bring anything that will make you feel like the glam gal you are!! Travel sizes of anything will make your life easier, take up less space and earn you bonus points when you have something to share with someone who forgot something they needed. Sunscreen is also a big must!!  I love the new Hawaiian Tropic one, it moisturizes and protects, pretty fabulous.  Nourishment and snacks come in handy too, when camping I think it should be mandatory to bring giant marshmallows for toasting and wine to toast as well.  Moscato works well since it is sweet and refreshing.  I recommend picking up some cheap wine glasses at your local thrift or dollar store, your wine will taste better and if they break it won't be a tragedy.  Plus wine just taste better out of a glass vs a plastic cup.  Fruit and granola bars are great too since they are good for you, are easy to store and taste good too.  I also recommend bringing a bag of UNREAL candy's version of peanut M&M's, just because they are awesome!!  Bring at least one book and a copy of your favorite fashion magazine.  I will be bringing Vogue's September issue and Chuck Palahniuk's book Tell All, which is completely different and I think better than his well known Fight Club.  A scarf always comes in handy.  You can keep you hair safe, use it to wrap your wine glasses, use it as a small table cloth and in case of an emergency use it to wrap an injury.  If anything, a diva is always prepared.  I think keeping a small first aid kit is important when dashing away to the wilderness, even if it's just the basics like band aids, anti bacterial ointment, hand sanitizer and a tweezers.  Bring your own toilet paper and a roll of paper toweling, sometimes you may show up and there is none.  That can suck the fun out of something really quick. Also bring a trash bag and pick up your mess, there is no reason to trash our wilderness more than we already have.      Make sure you have your phone and cameras charged, there may not be power where you are going.  Also don't forget to pack some extra clothes and a sweater or wrap to keep you warm at nigh!  These are little things you will thank me for later.  I'll have pictures to prove a diva can camp in style and glamour without breaking the bank or a sweat.  I hope all of you have a lovely weekend!!

Better than wine of the month club, FABULOUS of the month club is what I have just found!!!

Hello Darlings,

Usually the day back from a holiday weekend leaves us with a slight hangover, possible sunburn and that bummed out feeling that summer is coming to an end.  What's better than a little retail therapy to save the day!!  Last night while looking through some fall fashion I came upon one of my new favorite online shopping sites.  It's called Little Black Bag and it is a fashionistas cheap fix for glamour and a little label whoring as well.  For just about $50 a month you get to pick one item, I got a sexy and stunning Betsey Johnson snake cuff. Then they pick out 2 or 3 more items based on your style and your  "loves" which is pretty much just liking an item.  My 2nd item was a pair of Steve Madden sunglasses. It was a pair that I "loved" so I was pretty jazzed!  The 3rd item was an eyelash curler.  Most of the standard ones don't work on me so I am neutral on this one.  If it doesn't work I will give it to one of my girlfriends.  The kicker is they don't show you your extra items until you pay for your bag.  But they do have online trading and it shows how many people want the item you don't.  If you decide you don't like anything they have or don't feel like getting a bag one month, tell them by the 5th and you are in the clear.  I already have next months handbag picked out so that will not be a problem for me!  I definitely suggest you check out the website.  It is one of my new fashion addictions!!

Now on to the goodies I am getting, sorry for the fuzzy pictures and no curler!

Let me know what you think and check it out.  If you do let us know what you decided to get and if you did a trade or kept your goodies.  I hope you had  a safe weekend and aren't hurting too badly today.  Until we chat again, stay fabulous...

How to get a glamours white smile for less than an hour massage.

Hello Darlings,

We all know that having a not so bright smile can give us a case of the mean reds, especially when we have big events coming up where pictures will be taken or when finding out that perfect shade of lipstick makes your teeth look dingy.  Thanks to the people at BzzAgent I have been given a chance to try out the LUSTER Premium White 1 Hour Whitening kit.  This one is difference than the other products I have ever used in the search for  white teeth. Discolored teeth age you and who want's that? I'm sure those of you who know me or read my blog understand my slight obsession with anti aging anything, though not in a crazy way like Countess Elizabeth Bathory of Hungary though.   I've done various strips, trays and even the Go Smile system.  None of them seem to make any difference except for the Go Smile which made my teeth hurt horribly.  This system uses a mouth rinse, whitening gel and an accelerating whitening light.  It's a pretty cool idea, I like the fact that you can do it at home at your own time.  It kind of reminds me of something that was big at the mall where I worked as a makeup artist.  They were doing 30 minute lightening with a light machine much larger but similar to this.  My co workers and I never did it since the people looked silly and we didn't want to do the same.  It pretty much goes like this:
1. brush your teeth  2. rinse with mouth rinse  3. thoroughly coat teeth with whitening gel   4. use the activating light   5. rinse with mouth rinse
Now I really recommend using some cotton under your tongue in case you start to salivate.  To avoid irritation and dryness on/around the mouth area I recommend a little Moroccan oil to hydrate and protect them.  What is the point of pretty teeth if your lips are all dried and cracked??   It looks silly but it will stop it from messing it all up and having to start all over again.  I also recommend doing the 5 or 7 day plan, it should help decrease the chance of tooth sensitivity.  I am on day 3 of the 7 day plan.  I have a wedding to go to this weekend and would like to have whiter but not painful teeth.  So far I haven't had any bad teeth sensitivity, but I also space my 3x a day treatment throughout  the day to help avoid that.  I have seen my teeth brighten up a bit already and of course let you know how the end results go.  So far this is the best whitening system I have ever used.  I do drink coffee and red wine so I have cut back on both as to not stain my freshly treated teeth.  It does say to not use products like that for 24 hours after treatment, but I am not ready to give up my morning coffee.  I turn into an evil diva without my coffee.  Right now I can fully say I back this product up and if you want white teeth, this is where the diva says to get it.  Use the money you saved on whitening at the dentist for a new pair of shoes!!  I've added some pictures to show you the product and how it's going so far.  I hope you are enjoying your Labor Day and until we chat again, stay glamorous!!

COVERGIRL&OLAY foundation and powder update!

Hello Darlings,

I hope you are enjoying the last weekend of Summer as much as I am!  A few weeks ago I had talked to you about the COVERGIRL & OLAY Tone Rehab foundation and matching COVERGIRL & OLAY powder combo I had gotten for free as a BzzAgent.  I am quite pleased to say that they have become my go to combo, they make my skin looked airbrushed and who doesn't want that.  I do want to update that there has been a slight change in the brushes I use with it now and I will talk about that in a bit.  The foundation has garnered me quite a few complements already, and not all foundations can do that.  I should know I was a makeup artist for over 12 years and have a makeup addiction!  The souffle texture is amazing and the hydrating serum in the foundation gives a glow to the skin.  I'm now applying it with a stippling brush misted in rosewater.  I find this blurs out the look of pores and gives the skin great coverage without looking cakey.  You can follow this method by moisturizing your skin with the product of your choice.  I like to use anti aging creams to amplify the effect.  If we are going to have stuff on our faces for 8+ hours, we might as well have it working as hard as we are!  When the skin is almost dry apply a touch to sections of your face with your finger or foundation brush and the buff it out with a stippling brush.  Do the same on different sections of the face until  you get the coverage you want.  Set it with a fluffy brush dipped in the COVERGIRL & OLAY powder to set it.  I really dig this powder and have considered replacing my Channel one for this.  It  has gold peal in it to illuminate the skin and feels more like a cream than a powder.  As I said earlier ditch the sponge, it's not good for the powder or your skin since the oil in your skin transfers on to the sponge which then touches the powder. Ick!  I like to load a little of it on a travel powder brush so I don't have to fill my evening bag when going out. The only problem I have with this powder is that it is VERY fragile.  I dropped mine just a few inches from the ground and it pretty much exploded!!  I liked it enough to walk and get a new one right away with one of the coupons that BzzAgent gave me.  I am glad I was given a chance to try this since I am a makeup snob and I think a lot of that has to do with being a makeup artist/skincare expert for so long.  I'm going to finish the bottle just to see if it does all the skincare magic it clams to do.  Once that happens I will let all of you know.  I admit it would be nice to save a bit of cash in the makeup department!!  I'm leaving you some updated pictures of the brushes for the application method and a picture of me (in GLASSES) after having it on all day assisting at the museum.  Until then stay fabulous my darlings!!

Mitchy

Having the perfect Halloween. Part 1

Hello Darlings,

It's getting to be the end of Summer which means only one thing to me.  Fall and more important, Halloween.  I love Halloween and everyone knows it, it is on my top 10 favorite days of the year and in the upper 5.  It's a day where you get to get fabulously glammed up, fill yourself full of sweet and drinks, gush over each other and just have as much fun as you possibly can.  There is something freeing about being a different person or creature.  Whether you are going as a yeti or a movie star, here are some starter tips for having the best Halloween party ever giv.en.  This is actually a whole series on having the perfect Halloween party.  I want to start with what really is the biggest part of Halloween, which is the costume.  That is what I feel like is the most important yet under looked part of a fabulous Halloween  Now first things first, figure out who or what you want to be.  All to many times I have seen people freaking out a few days before the Halloween parties begin because they have no clue & no costume.  Throughout the year jot down ideas you might have.  If you find an amazing gown at a thrift store, don't pass it up because it's August.  I can pretty much tell you that come mid October all the really nice goods from the thrift stores will be gone.  Picking up things early also eases the costs of your costume.  This year I found the most stunning dress for $15 so I grabbed it, it was a LOT nicer than the ones I was seeing on eBay for an eight of the price.  It needs a little work (September) and to be dry cleaned ( 2nd week of October) but I will have a dress for the rest of my life for about $60.  If you go to the Halloween super stores cheaply made costumes cost more and by doing it this way you are also supporting local business, so everyone wins!!  After Halloween hit those stores up for possible costumes and accessories for next year at half the cost.  Think outside the box, a family i know are all dressing up like classic cereals.  Her son's going to be Captain Crunch, her husband the Lucky Charms elf and she's going to be Tony the tiger.  One year a group of my friends went as Jedi Knights with the help of a $10 brown snuggie!!  None of these looks cost over $60 and that includes dress, dry cleaning, etc.  Here are some pics of Halloweens past that I hope get your creative energys flowing!!  The next in the series is going to be all about fun food and beverages to serve to your guests.  Until then, stay fabulous darlings!!

A Divas night in.

Darlings,

As the Summer draws to an end and we start to gear up for Fall, I figured I would share some of my favorite Diva things to do to unwind and embrace your inner bombshell!  I love doing this when I have the house to myself and can just savor a nice luxurious moment.  First and foremost, invest in a Kimono, they have them dirt cheap at Ragstock stores around the USA and they make you look sexy as hell.  Next brew some high quality tea, right now I am in love with London's Cuppa.  As a famous bombshell once said " take care of the luxuries and the necessities will take care of themselves "  I am a firm belaver in this, in fact it's one of my mantras to live by.  Now that you have your tea, pop on some classical/opera/jazz/blues music and just take a moment to appreciate it's beauty.  Now comes the fun part!  Bubble bath time!  Now I think that bubble baths are as important as root touch ups and massages, so I want to tell you my glam bath secrets.  First you never want your water too hot, it will dry out your skin.  We are going to take a clue from Cleopatra and add a modern twist to it.  She was famed for her milk baths that kept her skin smooth, the reason that is?  Lactic acid in milk is a natural exfoliator   I like to add pure organic Moroccan oil to about a 1/3 cup of milk while adding it to the water with bubble bath.  Soak for a few minutes and then it's time for an old school scrub down.  I am coveting Avon's ice cream scrubs, they smell divine without being too harsh on the skin, if you don't have that on hand go with good old fashioned brown sugar.  Then you get the aha from the sugar itself with the manual scrubbing to boot.  Soap up and by now the water is probably lost its heat, so now we go old school Hollywood.  While still in the tub, drain the water and then rinse off in the shower.  When your done with that put body oil on the skin while it is still warm and seal that moisture in.  I try to do this at least once a week, it lifts my spirits and makes me feel amazing.  I highly recommend this ritual before a big event, you will be glowing and feeling so fabulous you will steal the show.  Now I am off to practice what I preach with a long relaxing bath, a nice cup of tea and a good book.  Enjoy this helpful hint on how to be glamorous, there will be more to come!

What is that Monk Fruit in my tea and coffee? Yes,it's the newest natural lo calorie sweetener called NECTRESSE and I adore it!

Hello Darlings,

Sometimes we are looking for ways to cut calories in our diet, many times we try lo calorie sweeteners to cut back but are often left disappointed.  Fret no more, there is a new natural sweetener called NECTRESSE and it is really great for your beverages.  What makes this one different from the others is that it is made with the Monk Fruit.  You probably are wondering what a Monk Fruit is, so I will tell you about it. It's been a green melon grown in mountainous regions for hundreds of years, is a 150 times sweeter than sugar and has NO calories. Added to the Monk Fruit is sugar, molasses and erythritol, leaving a pretty great sweeter.   Being that I love natural foods and also want to keep my weight in check so I was happy to try this for free!  I have a nice rich flavor and a little goes a long  way with this one.  I enjoy the fact that it tastes like sugar, not that weird chemical flavor that comes with lots of lo calorie sweeteners.  I find keeping a few packets in my purse is great since I live in a smaller town now and I tend to not like the sweeteners they have at the table at most places.  I have had friends try it and enjoy it.  I will probably be getting the jar for our house and keep the packets for on the go.  I hope you decide to give this product a try, I think you will approve.  One of my favorite ways to use it right now is at night in my tea with a little honey and milk. Here's a link here to get a coupon and a free sample of NECTRESSE.  That way you have nothing to lose but a sweet treat!  Please enjoy your last week of August Darlings and stay fabulous!!

Let's get real about our sweets for a bit! Time to reach for a higher standard of candy!

Hello Darlings,

We all know I have the sweet tooth of Marie Antoinette, and I suspect that many of you do to...  Thanks to BzzAgent I have had the chance to try and now share with you the most amazing candy!!  There is a new candy in town, it's taken over, and I hope it doesn't have plans on leaving soon since I am full on addicted!  UNREAL candy is taking something good and turn it into something great.  Imagine your favorite candy without any artificial, hydrogenated, corn syrups, preservatives and no GMOs. They have the basic candy bars, so I will let you know a little bit about each, what they compare to and the nutritional differnce between the original and the UNREAL.  There is something that made me smile as I read the coloring ingredients for UNREAL #54 (the candy coated chocolate peanuts) Beetroot juice, Turmeric & Purple Cabbage juice sound a lot PRETTIER than red/blue/green dye #???  To make it even better it has 45% of your daily value of calcium and half the fat of old fashioned peanut M&M's, how yummy is that?? They are just delish and I can't keep my hands out of the bag. UNREAL #5 is like one of those fab candy bars from the little family candy stores.  For those who have had handmade caramel, you will be in candy heaven!  Imagine a gourmet Milky Way, but again like all UNREAL candy it has almost half the fat, sugar and it seems to me that they used that space to add fiber and protein. UNREAL #8 makes Snickers nonexistent in our world now, just #8.  You can say good bye to your old favorite peanut butter cups soon thanks to UNREAL#77.  It's cool that they don't waste paper by putting the peanut butter cups in it, just pure and simple candy. Rich and decadent is how I feel about these, they might be my favorite of the collection right now. These are extra delish when having them with a nice cold glass of vanilla almond milk, it's like the snack you used to get as a kid.  Just a bit more grown up....  I have no problems serving these candies to my friends kids, nieces, god daughters and any one who would want to share candy with me!!   As I was digging in our "snack" area in the house I decided to see how these stood up to "good for you" granola bars.  These had as much fiber and protein as one and was 1 gram away from the other.  The fat content was  higher, but this is delicious candy we are talking about!  Now remember this is still candy, so please use in moderation!!  I've really put the word out about this stuff, even chatting up the local drug store clerk about how awesome these are.  From now on when I need a sweet and junk free candy!!  I hope that you will give these a try, I know most of my friends already have.  Now go treat yourself to something Unjunked and spectacular. Don't forget to check out their website http://getunreal.com/  Have a lovely weekend and enjoy the painting/candy art my Darlings!!!

My new favorite foundation & pressed powder combo!! COVERGIRL & OLAY's Tone Rehab 2-in-1 foundation & COVERGIRL &OLAY Pressed Powder.

Hello Darlings,

This week I got a lovely package in the mail courtesy of BzzAgent!  I have been given the chance to try the new COVERGIRL & OLAY foundation and powder for free and I am sure glad I have been.  As a former makeup artist for over decade I've become quite the foundation and powder master and a make up snob to boot.  I can honestly say that this one outshines some of the highest of the high end foundations for a fraction of the price!!  Sorry Dior, Armani and Chanel, it's not you, it's this new makeup....  The texture of the Tone Rehab 2- in -1 foundation gives one of my favorite Armani foundations feel cheap, it's so mousy and creamy.  This foundation gives beautiful, buildable coverage that imparts a nice luminosity to the skin.  You can't see it on your skin, it just looks like your skin softly lit up and airbrushed. I love how luxurious this feels on my skin, it doesn't gather in lines and has a skin serum in it to keep your skin healthy and fresh looking.  So far I have had no breakout issues, even when under the bright lights of my art studio.  If you have dryer skin I recommend apply it while your skin is still damp with your moisturizer, you can mist your skin with a bit of rosewater as well.  I also suggest that you should apply the foundation with a foundation brush.  You can save up to 30% of your foundation and it goes on much smoother without any streaks or lines.  Use the money you saved from stepping away from the cosmetic counter and turning to COVERGIRL if you don't have one yet.  They are a must have piece in your beauty battle!  Now on to the COVERGIRL & OLAY Pressed Powder.  I am quite impressed with this as well.  Toss the sponge, I feel that it gives a cakey effect to the skin and actually looks dry and ages you.  Again this is where a good brush comes in. It will apply the powder evenly, use less powder and if you have a travel brush you can put some on that and toss it in your evening clutch.  I love how creamy this powder feels, silky and rich.  I also think that the gold pearls, silk mica and skin serum give this powder an edge compared to anything in the drugstore market and world of high end cosmetics right now.  This price point is good on both of these, the price of both of them together are cheaper than just the powder from other lines I have used.  One word to the wise, due to the creamy softness of the powder it will shatter if dropped even lightly.  This happened during it's "photo shoot" and I will be going to replace it after I post this.  I do have some great $2 off coupons for my local readers if you want one.I have recommended this to a lot people so far and will keep on doing that unless something changes or something else steals my heart away.  I will update on how this is working for me and the opinion of some of the people I have recommended it to in 14 days or so.  Until then stay beautiful, glamours and true to yourself.  And don't forget to check out this amazing combo and make your skin even more beautiful and ageless!!!  Please feel free to see the new and chic packaging it comes in with some of the coupons and Bzzgear below!

The Best is yet to come....

Hello Darlings,

I have missed you all very much and am excited to clue you in to what is coming up in the next week or two!  First off I would like to mention a foundation that my Navy brothers in arms are going to start.  Two weeks ago my friend and someone who has a very special place in helping make my military time a lot of fun, Platt Weinrick.  He's a Michigan state trooper with his twin brother Armen, they are also Army Reservists who have been severely injured after their compound came under attack in Afghanistan.  This fund will benefit Vets as well as police and firemen, as soon as I have more information I will post it.  In the meantime please keep them and their families in your thoughts, it would mean a lot to me.  On a brighter note, I am getting to try some pretty cool items from BzzAgent and Smiley360!  I will be trying out the LUSTER teeth whitening system and the new Cover Girl/Olay foundation and powder complementary of BzzAgent.  Smiley360 just send me the new sweetener by Splenda, it's all natural with 0 calories and contains the monk fruit.  I look forward to trying it!  They are also giving me the Tony Robins Ultimate Edge audio session and work book for free.  I look forward to whiter teeth and a more positive attitude.  As summer is drawing to an end and we have all picked up our copies of the September Issue, try to get at least one more walk on the beach before the colors change.  As always, stay fabulous!!

Taking a few days off.

Hello Darlings,

As you might have noticed, I have been missing for a few days and will be taking a few more days off.  Tue I learned that a friend and former coworker was in a fatal car wreck with her two children and the baby she was pregnant with.  Liz was an amazing woman who was a great makeup artist, funny as hell and a bass master. She just sparkled and the world is going to be a little less bright with her gone.   You can get glammed up with my mom up there.  Rest in peace "lizard", you will be greatly missed.

5-hour ENERGY®

Hello Darlings,

You know I need my morning jolt before I workout.  I think I may have found a replacement for my morning joe.  All of you know I do product testing and I received some 5 Hour Energy from our friends at Smiley360 to try for free.  I can give this product a big thumbs up!  It didn't give me the crazy jitters that most energy drinks do, tasted good, easy to take with you and it works great.  With my MS I get pretty fatigued, but this helped me make it through the day without having to take any medication for that.  I will definitely be picking up more of this!

My experience with CLEAR SCALP & HAIR BEAUTY THERAPY

Hello Darlings,

The new Clear Scalp & Hair Beauty Therapy shampoo and conditioner where one of the products I was able to try for free thanks to the Influenster Summer Beauty VoxBox.  If you have not signed up for this site yet, do it.  It's free to do and you get to let companies know how you feel about their products!  As you know I recently went platinum blonde so I was curious to try this new shampoo & conditioner line.  This line was created to help strengthen your hair by keeping the scalp healthy.  I can say I do really like the shampoo.  It was very hydrating, smelt good and made my hair feel nice.  I am currently switching it on and off with my specialty shampoo for bleached hair.  I think the conditioner is ok, if I did not have uber damaged hair, I think I would have liked it better.  I am giving to a friend to try it and see how they like it.  I will keep you posted on how that goes.  For now I think I will stick with the shampoo and use a stronger conditioner.  I do recommend trying this out for yourself, it seems like a great line to try.  I am going to look for a deeper conditioner in this line so I can get the full effect of it.  All of us want healthy shiny hair and I think that people without severe damage to their hair would like this line.

Hawaiian Tropic Silk Hydration Lotion Sunscreen. It's how I'm staying sunburn free this summer.

Hello Darlings,

I found my new favorite sunscreen thanks to that amazing Summer beauty VoxBox from Influenster.  I got this for free as well, but have already gotten a full size on my own.  This stuff is AMAZING!!  If you use only a few beauty items this summer make it a big pair of sunglasses, a sexy sun hat and Hawaiian Tropic's Silk Hydration Lotion sunscreen!!  I love the fact that it goes on and feels just like a lotion.  I hate the fact that most of the sunscreen you find end up white and greasy.  I don't know anyone who thinks that is an attractive look.  This gives you up to 12hrs of moisture and gives the skin a luminous glow since the moisturizer is built right in.  Some of the other luxurious ingredients include Shea butter, Aloe Vera juice, papaya and passion fruit extract.  Usually these are found in high end skincare so it's quite an extraordinary deal.  I know I'll be using this on Sunday when I head out to Germanfest where it's going to be sunny with little clouds.  As with all sunscreen, apply every 80 minutes to make sure that you are always protected.  There is no reason to skip the sunscreen with Hawaiian Tropic Silk Hydration on the market.  Plus no one thinks alligator skin is sexy except alligators.
